Dr. Suess hangs from this sweet ensemble as she twirls along the playground. This skirt is full of twirl and fashion. The patchwork is variated by a red and white floral..a blue cyan and a red and white gingham. Hemmed by a ruffle. The tank has a handpainted arm and hat with permanant fabric paint that is acutally washable in hot water....bleach however is not recommended because it will fade the design.
