There is not a need for a crinline on this skirt, it is so full. The top can be worn with or without the ssh belt as it is skirred at waistline. It also ties up at shoulders with a quaint and dainty little bow, which of course is also adjustable to your sweethearts size. The skirt has a peek a boo center with bows down the center and the sides and middle back center is cinched up with more ribbon that can also be let down because it pulls up or down as you choose.
